Tamara Ali

Tamara Ali is in the field of human resources as a facilitator, administrator, recruiter and trainer. Over the last 15 years, her career progressed to the executive management level, entrusted to design and deliver programs for development in areas of leadership, performance management, communications, recruitment and customer first. Tamara instructs in these areas for a variety of positions from reception to management. Having several international clients, she is actively involved with cross cultural training & awareness for individuals, families and corporations.

Tamara uses humor, warmth and interpersonal strengths to be an effective and dynamic leader to assist people in looking at their best. She believes in the power of the group to build and achieve goals. Being originally from rural Manitoba and currently settled in the Calgary region, she imparts common sense to sometimes complicated corporate or work related issues, offering applicable strategic tools to people to include in their ever-growing toolbox.

Sherry Knight

Sherry Knight assists people in achieving their goals. With a background in human resources, training, organizational development and career planning, she will help you focus on your career and your future. During her career and volunteer work with many associations (such as Saskatchewan Training and Development Association, Human Resource Management Association, and the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, to name a few), Sherry has honed her leadership skills, learning how to effectively wield the leadership reins and help people from all walks of life move forward.

Sherry is a dynamic international speaker and facilitator who has worked worldwide, delivering keynotes and training sessions on a variety of topics. As well, she is an author, and radio and TV commentator. She specializes in assisting individuals and companies to recognize and develop their potential and effectiveness to achieve results. Her warm and engaging manner draws audience members into the session, enabling a lively and comfortable atmosphere for optimum learning.

Jennifer Rankin

Jennifer Rankin is an accomplished, senior facilitator who has over 28 years of experience in administration, customer service and various management positions. As a national speaker she has presented a variety of workshops to well over ten thousand people. She has also written, developed and delivered many highly successful workshops in the areas of office administration and customer service.

Jennifer is a professional speaker, trainer and consultant specializing in the development and deployment of innovative, customer focused processes. She is also dedicated to the concept of modeling excellence in employee performance, and in finding innovative ways to assist organizations in creating the focused strategies needed to excel. As a passionate and motivating speaker she is dedicated to helping individuals realize their full potential. Robert L. Riker

Rob is the author of numerous commercial training programs for sales and customer service, as well as the book, DOUBLING, More Than 100 Strategies for Doubling Your Sales published in Canada by McGraw-Hill and for the European market by Les Editions de l'homme. His other publications include the books Radical Rapport (on personality style types), WOW! (on delivering extreme customer service), and A Passion for Sales Excellence - A Journey in Sales Ethics.

He is a captivating and entertaining speaker on the topics of sales, personal achievement, customer service and entrepreneurship and is a dynamic, creative, caring yet intense workshop facilitator.

Rob was featured by Canadian Business magazine as one of Canada's top high-tech entrepreneurs for his unusually-effective training programs for the Canadian retail and commercial computer industries. He is well-known for his intense workshop manner and his ability to train, teach and coach sales and customer service professionals to achieve incredible gains. His book, DOUBLING, is a recipe for sales achievement born out of extensive field experience.

Rob also holds a commercial aircraft pilot's license and has a degree in business from Jones College in Jacksonville, Fla. As a salesperson, he counts hundreds of significant clients, many at the global purchasing level (VP or CFO/COO levels), He is a consultative seller by trade; a careful architect of the buyer-seller relationship.

In his training and speaking career, he has been fortunate to work alongside and learn from the greatest, including Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, Fred Herman and Earl Nightingale. Rob has trained thousands of sales, customer service and management professionals over his "many" year career.

Donna Schendel

Donna Schendel is Vice President of Human Resources for a health care organization with over 1700 employees. Donna sits as a member of the senior Executive team, providing strategic direction and Human Resources expertise within the organization. In her role as Vice President, her mandate is to deliver strategic HR services, collaborating with management, employees and unions to effectively build and maintain the relationships needed to support the organization and employees and to create and maintain a viable and sustainable workforce.

Donna is a Human Resource professional who is a motivating and confident leader, trainer and facilitator. She has worked in progressively more senior Human Resource positions, consulting in all areas of people management, employee performance, case management, employee development, conflict resolution, mediation, training and development. Donna received her formal education through the University of Calgary and has her Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation and more than 15 years experience. She has designed, developed and delivered seminars and workshops, and has been directly involved in consulting, coaching and leadership training. Her passionate presentations infuse a sense of humor and provide a balanced no-nonsense approach to leadership.
